DIY Duck-Tape Hair Bow (3")

This is a VERY Cute & Retro Bow for any age! I hope you enjoy making your Hair Bow as much as my Daughter loves to wear hers :) It only took me a few minutes to come up with, and put together this design... Hope it meets your expectations!

*This bow will end up being about 3" long and 1 1/2" tall :)

You will need:
Duck-Tape of your favorite Design (a 6" strip of 1.88"wide is what I used for my Bows)
Scissors
Alligator Clip or Headband
Something to measure by (measuring Stick/Tape)

j

1. First start off by cutting a 6" long strip and folding it in half (sticky sides together) then trim all edges just to make sure no raw stickiness will get ya :)

2. Now as shown in the picture fold tape fabric back and forth to make 3 mountain peaks.

4. Now cut off about a half inch strip of duck tape and wrap it around your bow middle to secure the center of the bow.

5. Now round out the ends of the Bow by taking your finger and smoothing out the peaks and shaping it into a nice Bubbly Bow!

See! Doesn't that look cute!

6. Now cut off another 1/2" strip of Duck Tape and tape it nicely to either an Alligator Clip or.....

......Headband! As you can see I had a little fun with adding some Neon Pink Duck Tape to "change it up"! The possibilities are endless! So have fun!

*Later I'll show you how to sew Fabric Hair Bows, so come back & visit!
