The DIY "Keren Joy" Skirt (infant-young girl) -Tutorial

This Pattern was created for my beautiful Daughter Keren...she is in size 2t, but pretty tall for her age....so modest skirts aren't always easy to find :) This skirt doesn't have a lot of running room, it's more for dressy wear...... I remind you that I am human and will make errors, I cannot be held accountable for mistakes in your projects. Use this Tutorial at your own risk :) Here goes!

You will need :
1 yard of Fabric (approximately)
Pins
Measuring Tape
Scissors
Elastic (will show you how to measure that later)
And of course coordinating Thread & your Sewing Machine

Please note: Step 4 is to be done to the back piece only!
